I help those feeling frustrated and trapped in poor eating habits improve overall health by providing personal chef meals using Mediterranean diet principles so that you can feel confident you are eating well with time to enjoy food, family, and bucket lists.  

My Approach

I use a focus on whole food, plant-rich Mediterranean diet principles to prevent and reverse many chronic conditions – without severe restriction, removing whole food groups, or unrealistic demands.

No worries, if you are a meat-lover, or fish hater: we find ways to make it work together.

        For each meal, I strive for:

  • Olive oil as the main culinary fat

  • 1 cup non-starchy vegetables

  • 100% minimally processed whole grains

  • Products without preservatives and artificial ingredients

  • No refined sweeteners

  • Lower sodium meals

  • Less red meats

  • Seasonal produce

  • Minimal dairy and saturated fats

  • Culinary techniques to enhance nutrients in meals
